Meet Catherine,

Founder & CEO

Catherine Brennan is the multi-award winning founder & wedding planner of Pamper Retreats, a luxury brand in bespoke villa experiences, transformative wellbeing and unforgettable weddings & events. Operating across Ibiza, Mallorca, Tenerife, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece & the Greek Islands, France, Switzerland and Austria. Pamper Retreats curates luxury stays and celebrations including weddings, hen parties, milestone birthdays and celebrity events.

Catherine’s journey began in 2017, when she took voluntary redundancy from her sales role and in a bold, fuelled leap of faith, packed her car and her little dog and drove to Ibiza. Just a year later, she became one of the fastest entrepreneurs ever to write a business plan & graduate from The King’s Trust business programme, officially launching Pamper Retreats in 2018. By 2019, her vision had secured national backing from NatWest Accelerator Programme, placing her among the UK’s rising entrepreneurs.

Her success has not come without struggle.

Catherine built her business while navigating extraordinarily rare and challenging circumstances, including multiple forms of childhood & adulthood abuse, chronic illness, profound grief and significant personal hardship.

Refusing to give up, Catherine came out the other side stronger, turning her pain into power, with a vision which turned into one of the fastest-growing luxury lifestyle and wellbeing brands in Europe. Her resilience and authenticity inspire clients and fellow entrepreneurs alike.

Her work as a Wedding Planner and Event Planner, has been trusted by celebrity clients including, Vicky Pattison, Cally Jane Beech, Chloe Ferry and Elma Pazar. Cally’s decision to personally choose Catherine to plan her hen & wedding sparked the launch of Pamper Retreats’ prestigious wedding division.

Catherine is more than a founder, she is a warrior. She champions mental health awareness, trauma recovery and neurodiversity empowerment, proving through her own journey that whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

From bespoke villas to breathtaking vows, Catherine creates moments you’ll never forget!

Catherine is also an inspirational speaker working with primary and secondary schools. She holds a BA (Hons) in Education and delivers engaging, relatable sessions on topics such as mental wellbeing, resilience, confidence and entrepreneurship. Helping young people feel empowered, supported and confident in their abilities.
